The four ways of decaffeinating coffee

Today there are four major processes used for decaffeination:  

-Direct-Solvent Process

-Indirect-Solvent Process

- Swiss Water Process,

- Carbon Dioxide Process. 

This article touches upon all of them to find out a bit more regarding the actual process of decaffeinating coffee beans.

World of Coffee 2022 - Milan, Italy

We had the opportunity to visit the World of Coffee trade show in Milan. 

The three day show was packed with exhibitors, visitors and events. We had a chance to meet old and new friends and suppliers from the coffee community and find out what's happening in the industry.
