Swiss Water Decaf has recently relaunched its range of all-year-round decaffeinated coffees as the Evergreens range, which are core coffees that are always available whether you're crafting a house blend, brewing filter, or pulling espresso shots. So, we thought we would run through them! Note that many of these Swiss Water Decafs are not yet available in the UK/Europe market.

Brazil 2/3 SSFC Swiss Water Decaf
Brazil is a global coffee giant, with domestic consumption second only to the United States. Brazil SSFC (Strictly Soft Fine Cup) delivers a classic nutty, mild, and sweet profile with a rich body. It’s a true workhorse—delicious on its own or as a smooth, mellow base in blends or espresso.

Colombia EP Swiss Water Decaf
Colombian coffees are renowned for their balance, and our EP (European Preparation) offering is no exception. Swiss Water Decaf works with a carefully chosen group of exporters who deliver coffees with good body, gentle acidity, and sweet notes of walnut and caramel. These are smallholder blends without regional specificity, perfect for a crowd-pleasing single origin or blend component.

Colombia Excelso EP – Rainforest Alliance Certified Swiss Water Decaf
With similar flavour characteristics to our standard Colombia EP, this version comes with the added environmental and social assurances of Rainforest Alliance certification. Traceable to co-operatives such as Cafisur and Cadefihuila, it brings a balanced, sweet cup with a rich, lingering finish.

Costa Rica SHB EP Swiss Water Decaf
Think of Costa Rica as the archetype of coffee—balanced, clean and sweet without being too wild or too tame. This SHB (Strictly Hard Bean) selection is smooth-bodied with a supportive acidity and gentle sweetness. It’s a reliable option that performs well across a variety of brew methods.

Ethiopia Sidamo Grade 2 (Washed) & Grade 4 (Natural)
From the birthplace of Arabica, we offer two classic profiles: a washed Grade 2 with notes of citrus and black tea, and a natural Grade 4 bursting with berries, chocolate and fresh bread. These smallholder-grown coffees showcase Ethiopia’s legendary diversity and complexity.

Guatemala Primavera SHB EP Swiss Water Decaf
Sourced directly from the Delgado family in San Juan Sacatepéquez, this traceable Guatemalan delivers chocolate, Mandarin orange, and brown sugar in the cup. It’s both sustainably produced and wonderfully flavourful.

Honduras Organic HG EP Swiss Water Decaf
This High Grown (HG) organic coffee is sweet, clean and moderate in body and acidity. It’s a versatile all-rounder, suitable for both filter and espresso, and especially valued in organic and ethical blends.

Mexico Organic HG EP Swiss Water Decaf
Grown primarily in Chiapas and Veracruz, this organic coffee is lively and floral with citrusy highlights. It’s a cheerful, approachable cup, thanks to classic varieties like Typica, Caturra, and Bourbon and it shines particularly well in lighter roasts.

Similar in cup to our Organic HG EP from Mexico, this Fairtrade Organic selection adds traceability to co-ops such as FEDESI and Yaxcoffee. It’s ideal for those seeking certified coffees with a bright, expressive profile and a strong ethical story.

Peru Organic Grade 1 Swiss Water Decaf
Peru has long been a stronghold of organic production, and this Grade 1 selection proves why. With moderate acidity, a comforting cocoa aroma, and a finish of almond, it’s a lovely everyday coffee from co-ops like JUMARP and Cenfrocafe.

This Fairtrade Organic version shares the same flavour profile as our standard Peru Organic offering. It is traceable to established co-operatives in the Cajamarca region and is a dependable certified option with cocoa-rich, well-rounded flavour.

Sumatra Mandheling Grade 1 DP Swiss Water Decaf
Swiss Water Decaf's Mandheling Grade 1 is double-picked for quality and offers everything you’d expect from a classic Sumatran: rich earthiness, deep syrupy body, and a touch of herbal intrigue. Sourced from smallholder producers across northern Sumatra, it’s a bold and distinctive cup.

Fairtrade and Organic certified, this coffee brings the same syrupy body and earthy depth as our conventional Mandheling, but with full traceability to co-operatives in the Aceh region. It’s a compelling option for those wanting a more ethical profile without sacrificing intensity.

Cascadia Blend Swiss Water Decaf Swiss Water Decaf
Designed as a flexible blend for both filter and espresso, Cascadia is composed of washed Latin American coffees, Indonesian wet-hulled beans, and naturally processed Ethiopians. Expect herbal notes and dark chocolate in filter, with added citrus and cherry when brewed as espresso.
