Just a newsflash that we are receiving a very large number of orders and we are finding delays using Royal Mail and Parcel Force (see the recent BBC News headline on backlogs with Royal Mail). We cannot guarantee delivery in time for Christmas. Deliveries are very unpredictable right now - sometimes incredibly slows, others times lightning fast. Please allow significantly longer than normal for your decaf coffee deliveries. As you know, we hand roast and pack your decafs to order, which is why our coffees taste so good, so please allow plenty of time for delivery and extra patience. We are doing our best! The roastery is closed between Christmas and New Year and we'll start roasting and packing your decaffeinated coffee orders again from Monday 4 January. Thank you. Stay well, Guy and the Team |
