Our Ultimate Decaf Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients for the Decaf Espresso Martini:
50ml brewed Swiss Water Decaf espresso coffee – preferably Decadent Decaf’s Signature Espresso Blend
6 decaffeinated espresso beans
100ml quality vodka
80 Grams Golden Caster Sugar
Decaffeinated Espresso Martini Cocktail Recipe:
First up, carefully place two martini glasses in the fridge to chill.
Begin by preparing the sugar syrup.
We suggest you put the 100ml of Caster Sugar in a pan, then heat slowly over a low-medium heat and pour in 50ml of water.
Stir the sugar and water solution and bring to boil, so that it dissolves.
Turn off the heat and allow the now sugary syrup to cool.
Meanwhile, brew the decaffeinated Swiss Water Decaf espresso – at least 50ml of it.
Once the sugar syrup is cool, pour 1 tablespoon of it into a cocktail shaker along with a good handful of ice. Give it a little shake.
Then add the vodka, espresso and kahlua.
Shake vigorously until the cocktail shaker feels super icy cold.
Carefully strain the decaf espresso martini into your waiting chilled martini glasses.
Garnish with 3 espresso beans on each martini glass.
